We are a Dietetic Department at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, based just under 10 minutes from the M69/M6 interchange. Our department is diverse in both skill and experience, comprising nearly seventy Dietitians across Coventry and Rugby Hospitals, with specialties including gastroenterology, critical care, surgery, stroke, major trauma, oncology, renal, diabetes, specialist weight management, paediatrics, and community nutrition support.
We provide student placements to neighbouring universities in Coventry and Birmingham. Our department actively involves research and audit, encouraging staff to attend relevant courses for their development.

We seek an experienced Dietitian to join our CINNS team, leading patient care on discharge from stroke rehab units into the community. This is an excellent opportunity to influence care delivery and develop leadership skills.
This role is part of our wider community team, working within the CINNS MDT. UHCW Trust offers diverse experiences supported by our friendly, experienced Dietetic staff.

Carry out comprehensive dietetic assessments, interpret clinical data, and determine nutritional diagnoses. Provide tailored advice considering patient goals and complex conditions. Evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Effectively communicate nutritional information, lead audit and service development, supervise students, support peer education, and engage in CPD activities. Deputise for senior staff and provide line management to junior colleagues.
