Job summary

• Lead on SBLCBv3 for element 6
• Standardised MDT diabetes in pregnancy pathways
• Improve glucose control in high-risk pregnancies with digital monitoring
• Provide autonomous clinical leadership and education
• Collaborate with maternity and diabetes teams to improve outcomes
• Promote evidence-based practice and service development

Responsibilities

• Ensuring standardised pathways of care for MDT management of diabetes in pregnancy.
