Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer with a strong Infrastructure Engineering background to design, secure and scale complex IT environments. You will automate deployments, manage multi-cloud setups and drive secure, high‑performing systems across Windows and Linux platforms.

The role emphasizes infrastructure as code, containers, and CI/CD pipelines, with opportunities to optimize performance, security and reliability while supporting mission‑critical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven DevSecOps experience in agile settings with Jira/Confluence.
• Expert Windows and Linux system administration.
• Deep virtualization and SDN knowledge (VMware NSX).
• Strong IaC skills with Terraform/Ansible and automation(Packer).
• CI/CD pipelines experience using Jenkins and related tools.
• Proficient with Git-based workflows and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Cloud experience with AWS and hybrid-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and manage scalable IT infrastructure with automation.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide end-to-end lifecycle management from design to decommissioning.
• Ensure robust security and performance across multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary DevSecOps team to deliver solutions.
