This role involves mentoring a growing DevOps team and managing infrastructure with a focus on automation and collaboration. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing people, including performance management and mentoring.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with UNIX/Linux systems and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge on DevOps Best Practices focused on Performance, Security, Disaster Recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support DevOps team members.
• Coordinate DevOps team involvement in the organization software release process.
• Manage project delivery schedules, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Delegate technical work effectively to team members.
• Oversee troubleshooting of production issues and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using automation and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
