We're growing fast and need someone with extensive experience in software engineering to help us build the future state of our product.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team at SimplifyVMS, a leading global SaaS provider of contingent workforce VMS solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our integration platform.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining our infrastructure
• Collaborating with technical leadership to ensure performance at scale
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developer operations in a SaaS environment
• Experience with AWS, especially EKS and networking
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes and awareness of its strengths and weaknesses
• Centralised logging using tools like Grafana/Prometheus/Loki
• Experience with ArgoCD (or similar), for automated configuration of Kubernetes clusters via repository
• Experience with PHP, Redis, RabbitMQ, Websocket servers
