What You’ll Bring to the Digital Architecture Team:

The role of a lead DevOps architect involves supporting agile delivery teams to maximize software automation benefits, defining development architectures, and supporting DevOps adoption. They also set the agenda for clients’ evolution towards becoming agile enterprises. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth and personal development through activities such as:

• Business Development – leading proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and hosting at events.
• Internal contribution – developing campaigns, whitepapers, practice development, and team activities.
• Learning & development – training, certifications, and skill enhancement.

You will:

• Define visions for DevOps and how it achieves transformational results.
• Select appropriate DevOps automation tools.
• Guide the implementation and integration of DevOps toolchains.
• Participate in defining delivery models and development methods.
• Help establish an Agile delivery culture and integrate DevOps.
• Stay updated with emerging practices and tools.
• Communicate effectively with business and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to provide recommendations.
• Develop the business with a personal sales target of £1m.
• Mentor and develop future digital architects.

About You:

You should have experience with:

• DevOps on cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, AWS, Oracle Cloud.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI.
• Infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
• Security and compliance in CI/CD.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.
• Collaboration and productivity tools.
• Digital delivery models and enterprise value realization.
• Creating cultural change and adopting new ways of working.
• Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Business case development.
