The DevOps architects work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams, closely collaborating with clients. What You’ll Bring to the Digital Architecture Team:

The role focuses on supporting agile delivery teams to optimize software automation, defining development architectures, and supporting DevOps adoption. Lead DevOps architects also shape the evolution of clients’ operating models to become agile enterprises.

Additional activities include:

• Business Development: leading proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and hosting at events.
• Internal Contribution: developing campaigns, whitepapers, practice development, and team activities.
• Learning & Development: pursuing certifications and training to support career growth.

You will:

• Define visions for DevOps and its role in digital transformation.
• Select appropriate automation tooling.
• Guide implementation and integration of DevOps toolchains.
• Participate in defining delivery models and methods.
• Establish an Agile delivery culture and integrate DevOps.
• Stay updated on emerging practices and tools.
• Communicate effectively across business and IT levels.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making.
• Develop business with a personal sales target of £1m.
• Mentor and develop future digital architects.

About You

You should have experience in:

• DevOps on cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, AWS, Oracle Cloud.
• Automated CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Infrastructure automation with tools like Terraform.
• Security and compliance in CI/CD.
• Container orchestration like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.
• Collaboration and productivity tools.
• Digital delivery models aligned with enterprise value.
• Cultural change and new ways of working.
• Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Business case development.
