Job Description:

Your new role

Develop hands-on solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM. Responsible for developing IT Changes and Projects, primarily through coding, with additional management responsibilities for team and technical focus.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing activities to maximize effectiveness using Agile methodologies.
• Identifying and implementing training needs.
• Reviewing development approaches for projects.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Implementing efficiency improvements.
• Ensuring timely delivery of development projects meeting business and end-user requirements.
• Collaborating with analysts to ensure robust development processes.
• Defining development tools and managing deployment of applications and systems.
• Ensuring software integrations meet requirements and compliance.
• Creating procedures for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Coordinating with network and software engineers for quality assurance.
• Coaching teams in development standards and best practices.
• Providing support to internal IT teams.
• Producing estimates and ensuring project delivery quality.
• Reporting progress to senior management.
• Managing releases to production.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hands-on experience with C#, TypeScript, Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Flows).
• Management experience in an agile environment using .NET and C#.
• Experience documenting and implementing solutions for defects/enhancements.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data migration and integration using third-party systems.
• Knowledge of audit requirements for development.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams.
• Understanding of service-oriented architecture and enterprise application development.
• Experience with TypeScript frameworks.
• Focus on achieving key business objectives.
