TalentTide is excited to present an opportunity for a Lead Developer to join our public sector client and a dynamic Microsoft Dynamics team. Your expertise will be essential in integrating enterprise systems and optimising performance across applications.

Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Your technical expertise will be essential in shaping application strategies and maintaining the security of the digital services, developing and customising Dynamics 365 applications, engaging in both front-end and back-end development using technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a substantial impact while managing both internal and external applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
2. Act as the technical lead in product delivery, providing architectural solutions and producing low-level designs in collaboration with technical architects.
3. Advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices within the development team to drive efficiencies and improvements.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders during discovery activities to understand user needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
5. Provide operational support for both internally and externally developed applications, maintaining service quality and performance.
6. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
7. Conduct reviews and approvals of technical design documentation, contributing to the overall product roadmap.
