Location: Edinburgh

putershare is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Lead Developer to join our team in Edinburgh.

You might be a Senior Developer seeking that next challenge, or already operating as a Lead Developer/Development Team Leader, looking for growth and development.

If you are passionate about people as well as software development, we want to hear from you today!

You will join a team where you will have between 7-10 direct reports. We work in Squads, and accountability for the overall process capability will be key.

A role you will love

People management will be a big part of your role. You will support your team, drive success, and foster their careers by understanding their goals and enabling their growth.

You will act as an SME, serve as an escalation point, coach and mentor your squad to solve problems, and ensure standards and processes are followed.

At times, you may lead on key work within your expertise and share knowledge and best practices across teams.
