Royal Holloway Women's Football Club invites applications for a committed coach to lead the 2nd Team in the 2026/27 season. The role focuses on developing players within a competitive, supportive environment and coordinating with captains and staff to set goals and uphold a positive culture.

The ideal candidate will hold a coaching qualification or be working towards one, and be available for evening trainings and weekend fixtures across BUCS and LUSL competitions.

Formación

• Committed to women's football and player development.
• Available for Monday 8:30-10:00, Friday 7:00-8:30, plus BUCS/Wednesdays and Sundays fixtures.
• Able to plan engaging training and give constructive feedback.
• Collaborative with captains and coaching staff to maintain a positive team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver training sessions for the 2nd Team.
• Coaching and match-day guidance to develop players technically and tactically.
• Work with captain and staff to set goals and maintain a competitive, inclusive environment.
