Job summary

Bloomsbury Football Foundation seeks a Head Coach Developer to lead the Women’s Coaching Pathway, shaping curriculum with the Head of Coaching and delivering on-pitch and off-pitch CPD sessions. You will run workshops, guide the cohort from day one to handover, and ensure high-quality delivery in a grassroots London setting.

This consultancy, part-time fixed term role requires experience developing coaches, safeguarding expertise, and a strong network in community football.

Qualifications

• Requires UEFA B or above coaching qualification (UEFA A desirable).
• Experience designing coach development curriculum and mentoring coaches.
• Experience coaching in community settings across ages and genders.

Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver the CPD programme for the Women’s Coach development pathway.
• Build and manage the mentor/cohort network and ensure progress tracking.
• Oversee safeguarding, progression and handover into recruitment for contract roles.
