A BIT ABOUT US

New fully-funded game studio with the Dream Team of veteran Founders.

THE MISSION

As the Lead Designer, you will contribute to the design and development of a brand new IP. This is a full-time, remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world with a good internet connection.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own the creation and delivery of a “AAA” open-world experience.
2. Design, develop, and polish game levels including layout, enemy encounters, puzzles, and gameplay.
3. Collaborate with creative teams to shape world-building, ensuring good flow, cutting-edge features, entertainment, and balance.
4. Contribute innovative ideas and provide feedback during game production and development.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a level or content designer in the entertainment industry.
2. Experience designing open-world games.
3. Experience working on multiplayer games.
4. Ability to create engaging encounter experiences end to end.
5. A passion for games.

DESIRABLE

1. Experience with level and encounter design in at least one shipped game using Unreal 4 Editor and Blueprint.
2. Experience with procedurally generated levels.
3. Experience with multiplayer co-op encounter design.
4. Proficiency with game scripting languages (Blueprint, Python, Lua, etc.).
5. Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
