• Experience leading technical design teams and coordinating consultants.
• Experience with CDM Principal Designer and Building Regulations Principal Designer roles.
• Ability to manage design programmes, approvals and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and design processes with consultants and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor the design programme to meet budget and schedule.
• Review design information for compliance and value engineering.
• Coordinate external consultants and ensure buildability and risk management.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards and regulations.
• Organise design coordination workshops and design team meetings.
• Review and manage change, drawings, and information flow.
• Attend site visits and project meetings; support handover documentation.
