Lead Design Engineer (Manufacturing)

Are you a Design Engineer from a manufacturing background looking to work for a global market leader in Bespoke Purpose Machinery where you will be the go-to engineer responsible for innovating the global food packaging market.

On offer is the opportunity to join a global leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke manufacturing equipment. The company operates globally and has 4,000 people, 750 of those in the UK. The company turnover $1 billion annually and is looking to expand their team to maintain market share and continue to establish their successful brand in the industry.

THE ROLE:

• Plan, manage and design projects from concept to completion
• Work closely with production, quality, electrical, aftersales departments to ensure the alignment of design efforts
• Provide technical support to the design team
• Hybrid work with 3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week at home
