Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects for bespoke automated machinery.
• Manage and guide a small team of design engineers.
• Liaise with internal departments including production, sales, and servicing.
• Ensure all design work complies with applicable industry standards.
• Drive improvements in design efficiency, reliability, and product innovation.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in mechanical design, ideally in special-purpose machinery.
• Proficient in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work hands-on and guide projects from concept to completion.
