Job summary

Timely Recruit Ltd is recruiting a Lead HV Design Engineer to join a UK multi-utility business, delivering HV networks up to 132kV.

The role is based in Surrey with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office). You will lead engineers, review designs and contribute to utilities across electricity, gas, water, heat and EV infrastructure.

up to £80,000 + bonus

We're hiring a Lead HV Design Engineer to join one of the UK's largest independent multi-utility businesses.

With 1.1m+ adopted utility connections, 26 years of trading, 2026 NAV of the Year recognition and continued growth across electricity, gas, water, heat and EV infrastructure, this is a business with real momentum in the UK utilities market.

You'll join a lean design team with genuine influence, leading engineers and reviewing and designing complex HV networks up to 132kV.
