Lead Dental Nurse / Chelsea, London / Full Time

MBR Dental is currently assisting a dental practice located in Chelsea, London, to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse for a permanent position.

  • Available as soon as possible; notice periods considered.
  • Full-time opportunity – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Shifts: early & late shifts to be discussed.
  • Salary negotiable based on experience.
  • Fully funded CPD, GDC, DBS, and professional indemnity fees.
  • Opportunities for progression and development, including Practice Manager academies.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Must have at least 1 year of Lead Dental Nursing experience and confidence in leading a team of nurses.
  • Operational duties include managing sickness and holiday cover.
  • Assist in chairside assistance, patient care, infection control, instrument decontamination, equipment maintenance, team mentoring, overseeing reception and staff rotas, ensuring CQC compliance, managing audits, stock maintenance, and supporting the practice's smooth operation.
  • Candidate must be GDC registered, computer literate, organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Preferred experience with Dentally software.

All candidates must hold a valid DBS to be considered.
