Join our brilliant Practice Manager Pam Wilmot and the friendly team at Bupa Dental Care - Steeple Grange Dental Care. The Lead Nurse role is full-time and team-focused, with a patient-centred approach and opportunities for development within a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Confident leading a team
• GDC Registered
• Preferred Dentally experience
• Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
• Oversee reception and staff rotas
• Update patient records
• Set up decontamination of instruments
• Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
• Undertake some reception duties
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Strong communication skills
• Provide excellent patient care

The Role

Full-time Lead Nurse position

Hours

• Mon 8:25 – 17:15
• Tue 8:25 – 17:25
• Wed 8:25 – 17:25
• Thu 8:25 – 17:25
• Fri 8:25 – 17:25
• Some Saturdays 8:50 – 15:50 (1st & 3rd each month - with a weekday off when you work Sat)

Pay

Competitive, depending on experience. Bonus points if you have experience in a busy private practice offering implants.
