Job summary

Sevenoaks - Eustace Dental & Implant Clinic in Sevenoaks is seeking a Lead Dental Nurse to guide a team of nurses and uphold exceptional patient care within a nurse-led clinic. You will operate within your scope of practice, delivering safety and compliance in daily practice.

The role offers full-time hours (42 per week) with a competitive rate of £16.50 per hour and varied shifts across weekdays, with occasional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration.
• Previous experience in a lead or senior dental nurse role.
• Experience of implant nursing is desirable.
• A positive and empathetic approach, with strong communication and leadership skills.
• A team player who thrives on supporting others and delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nurses to deliver high standards of patient care in a safe, compliant environment.
• Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Provide guidance and support to junior nurses and maintain infection control standards.

We’ve got a Lead Dental Nurse vacancy at our welcoming Eustace Dental & Implant Clinic in Sevenoaks.

• Full-time hours available - 42 hours a week
• Competitive hourly rate of: £16.50p/h
• Typical shifts: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7:30-17:30, Wednesday 8:00-16:00 and Friday 7:30-16:30
• Flexibility to work Saturday mornings once a month
• Modern and well-equipped surgeries
• Opportunity to work independently within our nurse-led clinics, and fully within your scope of practice

About you
