About the Role

We are looking for adedicated and experienced Lead Dental Nurseto lead and inspire our clinical nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong leadership background in dental nursing who thrives in a large, multi-disciplinary practice and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.

Your Responsibilities

• Leadership:Supervise, support and develop a team of dental nurses across a multi-clinic practice.
• Team Management:Oversee rotas, performance reviews, recruitment, and mentoring of junior staff.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensure adherence to infection control, GDC standards, and CQC regulations.
• Clinical Excellence:Maintain a high standard of patient care and implement improvements to patient journey.
• Stock & Resource Management:Maintain efficient stock control and liaise with suppliers.
• Communication:Act as a point of contact between nurses, clinicians, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
