Job description

Lead Dental Nurse / Bidford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Bidford-upon-Avon to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Details:
  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  • Mixed practice environment.
  • Full time opportunity – 40 hours per week available.
  • Monday – Friday with working hours to be discussed.
  • Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience.
  • Fully funded GDC, CPD & professional indemnity fees.
  • Practice bonus scheme in place.
  • Uniform provided.
Responsibilities:
  • Nurses must have at least 2 years’ Dental Nursing experience.
  • Assist in various duties such as chairside duties, patient care, infection control, setting up decontamination of instruments, maintaining equipment, leading & mentoring a team of Nurses, overseeing reception & staff rotas, ensuring CQC requirements are met & managing audits, maintaining stock, working alongside the PM to ensure the smooth running of the practice & occasional reception duties.
  • Practice provides general dentistry alongside Orthodontics & Hygiene services.
  • Computerised practice.

All candidates must be a GDC registered Nurse & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
