Job summary

360 Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee demolition projects across the South of England, delivering complex schemes safely, on time and within budget.

The role includes leadership of Project Managers, client relationship development, and accountability for programme management and financial performance. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the demolition sector.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project programmes and reporting progress.
• Excellent commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience overseeing project budgets and performance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing Project Managers and operational teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Based within, or willing to travel across, the South of England.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple demolition projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Lead project planning and programme management activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Drive commercial awareness across project teams and identify opportunities for improved profitability.
• Support tender and pre-construction activities where required.
• Lead, mentor and manage Project Managers and site-based teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client expectations and industry regulations.
