A national health service organization in Wales is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join their digital health team. This role involves hands-on leadership within multi-disciplinary teams to enhance delivery practices in health services. Candidates should have strong experience in Agile techniques and a collaborative approach to managing teams. This position offers opportunities for flexible working, career development, and a supportive working environment.
We're looking for up to four Lead Delivery Managers to work directly with our product teams as they design and deliver digital services that support preventative, community, and mental health care across Wales.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role. You won't be off to the side running governance -- you'll be embedded with Developers, Engineers, Testers, and User-Centred Design professionals. Your role is to serve the team, helping delivery flow, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
