The Delivery Driver Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of delivery drivers and their operations. You will serve as a liaison between long-term care facilities and delivery staff, and train all transport personnel.

In This Role You Will
  • Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes
  • Monitor workflow to analyze patterns and trends
  • Review and set standards for staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, and supplies into long-term care facilities or patients’ homes
  • Conduct routine staff meetings
Key Responsibilities
  • Train transportation personnel
  • Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes
  • Monitor workflow, analyze patterns and trends
  • Respect patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Maintain vehicles in safe condition according to regulations
  • Follow all government regulations including HIPAA
  • Ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely
  • Perform physical inventories and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist pharmacy floor during downtime as needed
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold ethical standards
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to use routing software and drive a standard transmission if necessary
  • Strong communication, math, and customer service skills
Additional Details

Anticipated weekly hours: 40

Time type: Full time

Pay range: $18.50 - $38.82 per hour, depending on experience and location
