Job Description:

Your Tasks:

  • Manage validation and quality assurance of main platform projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and timely completion.
  • Oversee validation activities, including external testing, and quantify outputs.
  • Plan activities and set up test environments for new projects.
  • Create and execute test plans, including specifications, test cases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external test resources, including contracting external vendors.
  • Communicate project status with customers.
  • Ensure achievement of project milestones and product quality standards.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Electronics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Defect Engineer in the automotive industry.
  • Strong experience in testing, tracking, and reporting in complex environments.
  • Knowledge in test management, requirement analysis, and test-case design.
  • Experience in test preparation, including harness setup, ECU installation, and flashing.
  • Ability to operate flexibly in dynamic environments.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, multifaceted settings.
  • Excellent English language skills.
