LEAD DECISION SYSTEMS ANALYST

The Company

This UK-based specialist mortgage lender offers a wide range of products, mainly buy-to-let and residential mortgages. It is a well-established and profitable business.

The Role

You can expect to be involved in the following daily activities:

• Work on decision systems, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Take ownership of the decision systems function.
• Develop and manage champion/challenger strategies outside of the core system.
• Lead strategy updates and enhancements based on performance and business needs.
• Design and implement new decision strategies.
• Create and maintain MI to support and evaluate system performance.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience with decision systems; Lending Metrics experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS or SQL.
• Knowledge of Python or Power BI is desirable.
• Degree in a STEM subject.
