Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking multiple Lead Databricks Architects for a Hybrid role in London. You will own the architecture and delivery of enterprise Databricks-based platforms, enabling advanced analytics, ML and GenAI initiatives across diverse industries.

You will lead teams of data engineers and specialists, shape solution roadmaps, govern delivery and drive best practices across data engineering, analytics and cloud ecosystems.

Databricks - Azure - Data & AI Leadership - Up to £115,000

Are you looking to take ownership of large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes while leading teams and shaping technical delivery?

Due to continued growth, we're hiring multiple Lead Databricks Architects to join a rapidly expanding Data & AI practice delivering complex transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across a range of industries.

This is a leadership-focused role combining architecture, technical leadership and delivery oversight. You'll work closely with architects, delivery leads and senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, oversee engineering delivery and build modern Databricks-based platforms that enable advanced analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives.

You'll join a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Architects and AI specialists, working on enterprise-scale programmes that utilise the latest technologies across Databricks, Azure and modern Data & AI ecosystems.

You Will Work With

• Defining architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-scale Databricks programmes
