Addepar is seeking a Lead, Data Validation Specialist to oversee a team ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data during new client onboarding. You’ll manage daily workflows, mentor staff, and collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable data conversions and scalable processes.

This non-client-facing role emphasizes consistency, attention to detail, and a collaborative culture, with UK work rights required from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Math, Economics or data-oriented field)
• 3+ years in data validation, financial operations, data quality assurance, or related field
• 1+ year of people leadership or team coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with accuracy in high-volume data
• Excellent communication skills to guide across teams
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, internal tools, and web platforms
• Familiarity with financial data is a plus, quick to learn structured processes
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development, delivering regular feedback, and helping individuals thrive in their role
• Manage a team’s work allocation, prioritization, and execution to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
• Review and audit data validation projects to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Drive process improvements to increase data occurrence, reduce turnaround time, and enhance scalability
• Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures for data validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Foster a team culture valuing collaboration, learning, and client success
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation
