Job Description:

As a Lead Data Scientist at Luupli, you will leverage AWS analytics services to analyze data and extract insights. You will collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and recommendations. Your expertise will shape our data strategy and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to understand objectives, data needs, and analytics goals.
  • Develop data analysis strategies using AWS services like Amazon Redshift, Athena, EMR, and QuickSight.
  • Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes for diverse data sources.
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive and segmentation analyses.
  • Identify key metrics, develop KPIs, and create dashboards with Amazon QuickSight.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
  • Work with data engineers to optimize data architecture, quality, and governance in AWS.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  2. Experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with AWS analytics.
  3. Proficiency in AWS analytics services (Redshift, Athena, EMR, QuickSight).
  4. Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
  5. Skills in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
  6. Programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
  7. Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data visualization tools.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Experience with social media analytics and user behavior.
  10. Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
