Job Description:

As a Lead Data Scientist at Luupli, you will leverage AWS analytics services to analyze data and extract insights. You will work with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and recommendations, shaping our data strategy and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to understand objectives, data needs, and analytics goals.
• Develop data analysis strategies using AWS services like Amazon Redshift, Athena, EMR, and QuickSight.
• Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into AWS.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive and pattern analyses.
• Identify key metrics, develop KPIs, and create dashboards for decision-making using Amazon QuickSight.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to find trends and insights for product and user engagement improvements.
• Work with data engineers to optimize data architecture, quality, and governance in AWS.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
2. Experience as a Data Scientist, especially with AWS analytics services.
3. Proficiency in AWS tools like Redshift, Athena, EMR, and QuickSight.
4. Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
5. Skills in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
6. Programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
7. Experience with SQL, NoSQL, data visualization, and statistical packages.
