Job Description:

As a Lead Data Scientist at Luupli, you will leverage AWS analytics services to analyze data and extract insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and influence our data strategy to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business objectives, data requirements, and analytics goals with cross-functional teams.
2. Develop data analysis strategies using AWS services like Amazon Redshift, Athena, EMR, and QuickSight.
3. Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
4. Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive and segmentation analyses.
5. Develop KPIs and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
6. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights for product and engagement improvements.
7. Work with data engineers to optimize data architecture, quality, and governance in AWS.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Data Scientist, especially with AWS analytics services.
3. Strong proficiency in AWS tools: Redshift, Athena, EMR, QuickSight.
4. Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
