Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to own end-to-end delivery of modelling solutions across lending and customer decisioning. You will lead high-impact credit risk and predictive modelling projects, building LLM-powered workflows and AI agents to generate commercial value.

You will collaborate with product, analytics and engineering teams, operating in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Strong data platform experience with AWS and Snowflake is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering predictive models from development through to production.
• Experience in credit risk, decisioning, lending, fraud, or related areas.
• Hands-on Python and SQL expertise.
• Experience building LLM applications, AI agents, or generative AI solutions.

• Strong commercial experience delivering predictive models from development through to production
• Experience in credit risk, decisioning, lending, fraud, recommendation systems, or related areas
• Hands-on Python and SQL expertise
• Experience building LLM applications, AI agents, or generative AI solutions
• Comfortable operating in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment
• Exposure to modern data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake
