Lead Data Scientist – Fully Remote

Up to £90,000 + Package

AI Connect have been retained by an award-winning international Data & AI consultancy to help them hire a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Displaying technical excellence and delivering projects expertly for clients
• Team leadership
• Support client relations

Technical Skills & Project Delivery:

• Ability to write production level code in Python
• Experience Implementing ML systems
• Experience implementing/building Gen AI solutions highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills particularly for non-technical stakeholders
• Awareness of how ML & AI models are deployed
• ML projects often require supervised, unsupervised & reinforcement learning
• Support AI Engineering team design & implement LLMs through identifying model flows, design prompts & fine-tuning models
• AI projects across include chatbot configuring, generating content & next best action

Team Leadership:

• Identify opportunities & supporting team member development
• Support internal graduate scheme
• Provide an OKR environment

Client relations

• Grow opportunities with clients through internal relationship building
• Support the business through responses to proposals, pitches & RFIs
• Support pre-sales, company decks and attend industry events
