Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP in Birmingham seeks a Supervisor - Data Review - Costs to lead a small team within the CSG costs product. The role involves supervising up to five direct reports, ensuring accurate categorisation, and delivering timely management information.

You should be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with data review or disclosure experience, proficient in Excel and Word, and able to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Educated to law degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Data Review, Document Review or Disclosure projects is essential.
• IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for and supervise up to 5 direct reports.
• Reviewers are trained to categorise information with precision: relevance, sensitivity, privilege, issue coding and redaction standards.
• Data review team members may deal with individual costs claims up to £100,000 in value.
• Ensure quality control and benchmark compliance on own caseload; deliver timely management reporting.
