Job summary

Talos Global, a provider of institutional-grade trading technology, is seeking a Principal Engineer for its Data Quality Platform. You will own data correctness across Talos, lead the data quality engineering team, and oversee BAU data operations and master data pipelines.

You’ll operate in a small, autonomous team that challenges product assumptions, tests system behavior with evidence, and ensures client-facing data remains accurate across REST and WebSocket APIs, with cloud delivery in scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first data quality engineering
• Validate every client-facing endpoint continuously. The focus is our REST and WebSocket APIs. Cloud delivery (S3, Snowflake, Databricks) is also in scope. Assert correctness against independent sources of truth, across every environment and client entitlement.
