Job summary

HelloFresh in London is seeking a Lead Analyst to shape the analytical direction, build and maintain our BI infrastructure, and drive key analytical projects. You will improve data quality and tooling, producing dashboards, datasets and analyses to underpin strategic decisions and guide product improvements in our weekly meal kit service.

Expect to lead on analytics initiatives, collaborate with multiple teams, and promote a strong data culture across the business in a hybrid London role.

Qualifications

• Experience with data visualisation and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and data modelling experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, build and manage CommercialBI infrastructure and Tableau dashboards.
• Improve data quality and tooling across teams.
• Champion a data-driven culture and influence cross-functional decisions.
• Scope and lead strategic analytics projects to improve the product.
• Dive into large datasets and extract insights to inform product improvements.
• Present recommendations to Senior Management for approval.
• Map and simplify recurring data processes across the business.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement, Operations and Marketing teams.
