Job summary

Bauer Media Group in London is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that shape strategy across the Audio business. You will partner with stakeholders across European markets and develop scalable reporting solutions.

You will own KPI frameworks, build dashboards in Tableau, lead analytics projects, mentor analysts and translate complex findings into clear business recommendations. Hybrid, full-time role based in London.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in data analysis, BI or analytics roles.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Expertise in data visualisation with Tableau.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Understanding of audience analytics and advertising metrics.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analysts.
• Experience in digital, product or user analytics.
• Experience in media, digital publishing or audio industry is desirable.

• Develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with objectives.
• Establish best practices for analysis, reporting and visualisation.
• Define and monitor KPIs across the organisation.
• Analyse audience behavior and engagement across platforms.
• Develop audience segmentation to support growth.

• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau.
• Translate insights into compelling business stories.
• Promote data accessibility and data-informed decision making.
• Evaluate emerging analytics tools and methodologies.
• Support and mentor analysts and foster continuous improvement.
