Job summary

RedCat Digital is seeking a Data Analytics Lead in the UK to guide and grow a team of analysts while remaining hands-on with data work.

You will lead the analytics strategy, drive insights to aid growth, and collaborate closely with core technology and architecture teams to deliver strategic data solutions. The role champions Agile and DevOps practices in data engineering and reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data analytics team.
• Strong SQL and BI/tools experience (Power BI or similar).
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL architectures.
• Desirable: Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory.

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Managing and growing a team of analysts
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting with extensive experience of SQL, PowerBI or similar tooling, ETL pipelines
• Leading the analytics strategy, while still being hands on in terms of analysis
• Ensuring that relevant insight and analysis is provided to drive growth
• Experience of Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, highly desirable
• Working closely with other senior stakeholders on the overall business strategy
• Proficient understanding of cloud data solutions and principles
