Lead D365 F&O Technical Architect

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £100k - £115k base + Package

About the Role

We're partnered with a multi- retailer based in London who are looking for a Lead D365 F&O Technical Architect to join their team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll define technical strategy, ensure seamless integrations, and build a scalable foundation for global operations as well as driving technical developments across the F&O and Commerce platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Define the technical vision for D365 F&O and Commerce, delivering innovative solutions.
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable D365 F&O and Commerce solutions
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure speed, reliability, and scalability across the D365 platform
• Design and maintain technical integrations of D365 F&O with a range platforms and 3rd parties, inclusing CRM, payment gateways, etc.
• Leadership over the technical team, providing mentorship and support to develop their technical expertise in D365 F&O
• Continuously explore emerging tech and trends in the D365 ecosystem

Your Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Deep expertise in X++, C#, and D365 development frameworks
• Proven track record in performance tuning, system integration, and technical leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data models, and security frameworks
• Knowledge of finance processes (such as order-to-cash or procure-to-pay) is desirable
