Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Focus on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef to build a strong team from recruitment and ongoing development. Committed to fostering personal and professional growth.
  • A forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
