Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What We Look For:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to foster a coaching culture, recruit, and support ongoing development.
  • Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making abilities.
