Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a CTG Designer in Leicestershire to lead end-to-end Colour, Trim and Graphics design for motorcycle projects, from concept through to production handover.

You will collaborate with Product Strategy, Industrial Design and Brand teams to ensure CTG deliverables align with the project vision, translate CMF strategy into feasible solutions, and build 1:1 CTG concept vehicles for stakeholder approval.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CTG design with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design and brand teams.
• Experience conducting CMF trend research.
• Attention to detail and production feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CTG design for all projects.
