ITI Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead design, development and integration of control systems across diverse client projects. You will own key technical decisions, guide cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with SCADA, PLC and HMI packages.
• Strong understanding of systems integration principles.
• Experience on client sites and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex system architectures, designs and specifications.
• Integrate subsystems to form cohesive systems and ensure performance.
• Lead system testing, validation, and quality documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and mentor teams across projects.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and manage expectations.
