CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Contract Support in London to provide leadership to the Business Unit Contract Support team and financial and administrative support to the Finance & Contract Support Manager.

The role covers financial control of contracts, reporting, invoicing, timesheets and maintenance orders, with training of staff and ensuring auditable trails throughout.

Qualifications

  • A degree/qualification in Finance or experience within a Finance role preferred.
  • Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
  • Advanced math skills: percentages, discounts, markups.
  • Strong customer focus and clear written/verbal communication.
  • Proficient with MS Office; particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial and commercial aspects of contracts.
  • Prepare and issue predefined reports for contract requirements.
  • Liaise with site team and head office for accurate processing of invoices, POs and timesheets.
  • Train staff and run training gap reports from the tracker.
  • Maintain auditable trails for invoices, timesheets and orders.
  • Provide commercial support on contract through to final account.
  • Run weekly aged debt reports and coordinate with client on issues.
  • Complete month-end reports for the finance manager.
  • Collate monthly forecasting and client reports.
  • Raise Annual Maintenance POs.

Job Title: Lead Contract Support

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join the team located in London.

Role Summary:

The main responsibility of this role is to provide leadership to the Business Unit Contract Support team and financial and administrative support to the Finance & Contract Support Manager.

  • Assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts
  • Prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement
  • Liaise closely with the site team and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.
  • Undertake the training of staff as and when required. Run regular training gap reports from training tracker.
  • Enable full auditable trails with, for example but not limited, to invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.
  • Be responsible for the commercial support on the contract through to final account.
  • Run weekly aged debt report’s and liaise with the client to resolve any issues.
  • Complete month end reports for the finance manager.
  • Collating the monthly forecasting and client reports.
  • Raise Annual Maintenance PO’s.
  • Full JD can be provided upon application
Experience Required:
  • A degree/qualification in Finance or experience within a Finance role preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal and good basic standard of written communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organisational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
