A leading company is seeking a Lead Content Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping user-centered design for public services. This position involves setting strategic content direction, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets user needs while adhering to government standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public service design and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a thriving UCD community at Made Tech.

A Lead Content Designer is an expert practitioner who sets standards, mentors colleagues and leads content design and the approach to user-centered design (UCD) across multiple teams or on highly complex services. They take significant personal responsibility and work autonomously. Their work is often self-initiated and involves influencing colleagues and stakeholders on the value of content design.
