Job summary
ICON Clinical Research seeks a Lead Consultant for Systematic Reviews and Evidence Synthesis. Home-based role supporting ICON Insights, Evidence & Value – Health Economics & Epidemiology, leading SLRs and NMAs for international clients.
You will oversee project teams, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development and strategic planning. The candidate will manage senior staff, promote open collaboration, and travel roughly 15% domestically or internationally.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in public health, health economics or related quantitative discipline or clinical degree.
- Experience in designing and leading SLRs/TLRs and/or Evidence Synthesis.
- Significant consultancy experience and demonstrable people management.
Responsibilities
- Act as project director and manage all aspects of systematic literature reviews to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Lead client relationship management and proposal development for SLRs and TLRS.
- Oversee resourcing, staff development and departmental growth; provide mentorship.
