- Lead the end-to-end service assurance process, ensuring IT services are delivered in line with SLAs and business expectations.
- Lead the technical assurance of services, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance.
- Ensure Infosys created designs are reviewed by Infosys TDA (Technical Design Authority) prior DAG/ ARB submission.
- Manage, enhance and report resource capability, training and certifications
- Oversee major incidents, coordinate resolution efforts, and lead MIR.
- Drive problem management by identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
- Oversee change and release assurance, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Present service performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with service owners, vendors, and support teams to ensure service quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to ensure IT services meet internal controls and audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance service reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
