We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Quality Analyst / Business Analyst.

Work closely with Business stakeholders and Technology teams to understand core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product and promote efficient QA tools and techniques.
2. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, and validation.
3. Partner with Technology Leads to effectively deliver on business requirements.
4. Ensure that all new solutions are scalable and meet high architectural standards.
5. Collaborate with the larger team to resolve implementation issues and validate solutions.
6. Serve as the Quality Analyst for large platform migration programs, analyzing BRD/requirements and extracting testing requirements.
7. Contribute to the creation of test strategies and develop test scenarios.
8. Explore automation opportunities and execute test scenarios for certification.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• BE/BTech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/Any Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Strong product functionality knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experience working in the lending domain.
• Strong business and quality analysis and validation experience.
• Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement them.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
