West London NHS Trust is recruiting a Consultant Psychiatrist to provide medical leadership for the Intensive Outreach pathway and contribute to the Hounslow EIP service. The post combines IO and EIP work, with structured duties across risk assessment, management and transition planning.

You will work with the IO pathway, providing senior clinical input, and lead on complex cases while maintaining liaison with the EIP MDT and the Team Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical leadership for the Intensive Outreach pathway.
• Undertake senior assessments and direct clinical input for complex IO and EIP cases.
• Lead and support the EIP MDT in collaboration with the Team Manager.
• Offer early, accessible clinical advice to GPs and Primary Care Networks by phone or email during working hours.
• Support smooth transitions for young people from CAMHS at 18 to MINT or IO/CRS pathways where appropriate.
